Kings & Queens Consulting Client Consent and Client Service Agreement

Thank you for choosing Kings & Queens Consulting for your credit repair services.

Please review and sign this consent and service agreement, which outlines our fees, services, and billing terms in compliance with the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR).

1. Purpose of Consent

By signing below, you consent to Kings & Queens Consulting accessing, reviewing, and working on your credit report as part of our credit repair services. This agreement includes the setup and monthly fees associated with our credit improvement process, along with credit monitoring services, which are essential for tracking progress accurately.

2. Services and Billing Structure

• Setup Fee: $199

This fee is billed after we complete your initial credit report analysis and create a customized action plan. You will only be charged after receiving the report and plan detailing recommended actions.

• Monthly Service Fee: see below to check your desired plan

This fee is billed each month following documented results, such as successful dispute actions or measurable updates on your credit report. Billing occurs only if progress has been documented and communicated to you for that month.

• Credit Monitoring Fee: $21.99 Monthly.

We partner with IDIQ for third-party credit

monitoring services. This fee is billed separately each month and covers ongoing access to your credit report and score updates.

3. Consent to Obtain and Dispute Credit Report Information You authorize Kings & Queens Consulting to:

• Obtain and review your credit reports from Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion, FTC,CFPB and secondary reporting bureaus.

• Communicate with credit bureaus and/or creditors to dispute inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information identified in your credit report.

5. No Guarantees

• You acknowledge that Kings & Queens Consulting does not guarantee specific improvements to your credit score or the removal of all disputed items. Results can vary based on the responses of credit bureaus and creditors. Our commitment is to provide diligent service and pursue disputes to the best of our ability.

We are required to have a card on file. Please put your account information in the field below. We will not charge your card without your consent for all services that are rendered you will receive an invoice via email after.

6. Acknowledgment and Signature By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this consent and service agreement. You authorize Kings & Queens Consulting to charge the setup fee within 24 hours after audit received, monthly service fee, and credit monitoring fee as described above.
